These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ItnaGPT (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ItnaGPT.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information and keep your email accessible for notices.
You may not share, resell, or transfer your account without permission.

3. Plans, Tokens & Usage

ItnaGPT uses a token-based system. Tokens are consumed based on prompts, outputs, and features such as image generation.

Important: Reserve Tokens / Minimum Balance
To ensure system stability (final response delivery, safety checks, and system processing), a small amount of tokens may be reserved. Example: If your plan provides 7000 tokens, the system may keep Reserve 50, so you can use up to 6227 tokens. This prevents the system from failing mid-request.

4. Plan Purchase vs Top-Up

Plan Purchase: If you buy a plan, your account tokens may be reset to the plan’s token amount (plan-based balance).
Top-Up: If you buy a top-up, tokens are added to your existing balance.

Your billing page or invoice will indicate whether it was a plan purchase or a top-up.

5. Payments

SSLCommerz: payments may be approved automatically via IPN/confirmation.
Manual Payments (bKash/Nagad/Rocket): require admin review and approval before activation.

If a payment is suspected to be fraudulent or disputed, we may suspend the account or revoke credits.

6. Refund Policy

AI credits and digital services are generally non-refundable once used.
Refunds may be considered only for verified technical errors at our discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, or scam content
Hacking, malware, or bypassing security
Harassment, hate content, or threats
Spamming or automated abuse
Copyright infringement

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. The Service does not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial). You are responsible for verifying outputs before using them.

9. Service Availability

We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violating these Terms
Payment fraud or chargebacks
System abuse or attempts to bypass limits

11. Intellectual Property

The platform, brand, logos, and interface are owned by ItnaGPT. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ItnaGPT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, business loss, or AI output errors.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
